Privacy notice
Effective October 9, 2026. This notice describes information handled by the Travel Pet Adventures Contact Guide and its category subdomains.
What you submit
Review forms ask for a display name, email, rating, review title and text, and experience date. Contact and correction forms collect your name, email, message and any selected company or review reference. Only provide information needed for the request; leave out booking codes, financial details and private information about others.
What becomes public
Approved reviews display the chosen display name, rating, title, text, experience date and review record. Your email and moderation records are not part of the public feed. Authorized directory administrators can view submissions to assess feedback, correct listings and respond to requests.
How the site is operated
Cloudflare provides hosting and database services. Requests carry technical information such as an IP address and browser headers. The directory’s form rate limiting stores a keyed digest of the address instead of storing the raw address in its rate-limit table. Cloudflare may process separate operational and security records under its own policies.
Cookies and external sites
Ordinary visitors do not need an account. A secure, essential cookie maintains an administrator session for up to eight hours. This version of the guide does not load third-party advertising or analytics. Visiting a company link takes you to a separate site whose privacy practices apply there.
Keeping and removing information
Submissions are used for publishing feedback, editorial maintenance, correspondence and abuse prevention. Reviews and messages have no automatic fixed deletion period; they remain until no longer needed for those purposes or a valid removal request is resolved. Expired rate-limit entries are cleared during subsequent form activity.
Questions about your data
You may request access, correction or removal through our contact page or alongside@travelpetadventures.com. Identify the relevant record without including login credentials. We may ask for enough information to establish that the request concerns your submission. This service is intended for adults and is not designed to collect information from children under 13.
